Internships are a great opportunity to gain real-world, professional experience before graduation. Each summer, Miron Construction welcomes nearly 40 interns to work in all areas of our company, with the general goal of offering several of those individuals permanent employment upon graduation. Each intern is assigned a mentor and is stationed on one of our project sites or in an office setting to learn Miron’s policies, practices, and philosophies while also having a chance to engage with our field personnel.
