Marcoe will share the story of Miron’s Dream Project and the company’s journey toward the creation of a more human workplace. In his role, Marcoe provides employees with both life and leadership coaching, all of which can be taken advantage of during company time. At Fusion 2.0, he will share successes and lessons learned, as well as best practices that attendees can apply at their own organizations.
