Posted on May 22, 2023 by Miron Construction

Miron Construction Co., Inc., one of the nation’s premier construction firms, will open a new office in the Chippewa Valley region, replacing its current office in Eau Claire, Wis. In addition to this new location, Miron has offices in Neenah, Green Bay, Wausau, Madison, and Milwaukee, Wis., and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

“We look forward to operating from our new space as it will allow us to better serve our clients in western Wisconsin from a state-of-the-art facility in a convenient location,” said Andrew Daniels, senior vice president, Eau Claire office. “After nearly four decades of working in the area, it’s exciting to have a new space for our team of 30+ staff members to call home.”

The new 15,000-square-foot office space will showcase various construction materials typically seen in the industry. Features will include open workstations and collaborative spaces for a flexible work environment; training rooms and meeting spaces for clients and community organizations to utilize; creative branding to celebrate Miron’s core values and Chippewa Valley’s rich history; and an adjacent warehouse building and laydown area to allow for material and equipment to be staged for projects in the region.

Miron will also be seeking LEED certification, as the office will include sustainable features such as geothermal heating and cooling, and a photovoltaic-ready roof structure.

Miron’s Eau Claire Office proudly serves clients in Chippewa Valley and throughout western Wisconsin. Notable projects include UW-Eau Claire’s Centennial Hall, Towers Hall, and The Suites Residence Hall; Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District; Fabick Cat; Hobbs Municipal Ice Arena updates; Eau Claire County Courtroom renovations; UW-Stout Harvey Hall remodel; Prescott School District new high school; and School District of Black River Falls Red Creek Elementary School and district-wide additions and renovations.

“This region has been so good to Miron over the years,” said David G. Voss, Jr., president and CEO of Miron. “We are grateful for our clients who trusted us to deliver on bringing their dreams to life, and we couldn’t be more excited to break ground on our new office.”
