Project Overview

This new manufacturing center and office building is a combination of pre-cast concrete, brick, and glass with aluminum curtainwall and window framing. The structure showcases Wausau Window and Wall Systems’ products along with high-performance glass from Viracon, its Apogee sibling.

In addition to using the highest performing products, the building’s design and site location were engineered to preserve the natural environment. Furthermore, construction waste was recycled. The final project was awarded Silver LEED Certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) by the U.S. Green Building Council.
