Project Overview
This project included the construction of a 52,000-square-foot single-story service center on a 10-acre site located in the Village of Coleman Industrial Park. This building was constructed from load bearing precast concrete wall panels and structural steel assemblies.
The building includes office space, training rooms, a fitness center, locker rooms, warehouse, shops, a garage, and fleet repair space. A secure utility service yard was also constructed on the site.
