Titletown, a 45-acre community development immediately west of Lambeau Field, is the home of both businesses and public spaces that offer fun, family-friendly experiences that can be enjoyed year-round.

Phase I of the Titletown project includes a 10-acre public park and plaza with outdoor games and fitness activities, a winter skating rink and tubing hill located at Ariens Hill, and the Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics Clinic.

Miron Construction has begun work on Phase 2 of Titletown working on the podium project, which is the parking area underneath the future office building and apartment complex that will be onsite.

When the podium is complete, construction of a 160,402-square-foot, six-story building with five stories of office space large enough for 400 occupants will begin. During a recent interview with Tim Kippenhan, Vice President and COO for Miron Construction, he shared that plans have been in the works for several years for Miron to have a Green Bay regional office located in this office facility.
