MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES

Receive up to six free counseling sessions per topic of concern for you and members of your household, and establish well-being sessions with our leadership and life coach and/or wellness coordinator. 

WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Create a personalized health and wellness plan with a wellness coordinator, have access to an on-site wellness center (at the corporate office location), earn activity-based points and rewards, and receive discounted health club memberships for you and your family.

COMMUNITY

The Miron Volunteer Program (MVP) offers employees the opportunity to engage in our communities beyond Miron’s corporate sponsorships and annual giving campaigns. Through the program, full-time team members have the option to take eight volunteer hours (called MVP hours) per calendar year as paid time off to volunteer during normal work hours. The company, along with our employee networks, offer a variety of volunteer opportunities each year, however MVP hours can be used to volunteer with any 501(c)(3) organization, including local schools.

At Miron, we know that our employees are unique, multifaceted individuals. We understand that supporting and encouraging them helps them grow and positively influences their personal and professional lives.  We have taken a unique approach to encourage our team members to flourish in their aspirations. We call it the Dream Project.

Miron’s full-time leadership and life coach is available to all employees during work hours at no cost. Employees are encouraged to reach out at any time.

Miron’s employee network groups are voluntary, employee-led, and have a track record of fostering a sense of belonging and increased trust among employees. Resources can be gained for both employees and the company through idea sharing and relationship building.
