Coverage includes a medical, dental, and vision plan to fit your needs and access to a health savings account (HSA) that can include an annual company contribution. MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES
Receive up to six free counseling sessions per topic of concern for you and members of your household, and establish well-being sessions with our leadership and life coach and/or wellness coordinator.

Create a personalized health and wellness plan with a wellness coordinator, have access to an on-site wellness center (at the corporate office location), earn activity-based points and rewards, and receive discounted health club memberships for you and your family.

- PAID TIME OFF AND HOLIDAYS - Enjoy up to nine paid holidays throughout the year, and up to 30 paid days off.
- PARENTAL LEAVE - We comply with FMLA and will grant up to 12 weeks of leave during a 12-month period for eligible employees.
- FLEXIBLE WORK - Collaborate with your manager to design a schedule that works for you. Benefits include summer hours, remote work options, and flexible work hours (between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.).
- BEREAVEMENT LEAVE - Employees are granted up to three paid days off in the event of a death of a member of their immediate family.

FINANCIAL WELLNESS
- RETIREMENT BENEFITS - Plan and save for the future with pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax employee contributions. Miron will provide an employer match (amount is determined annually) to your 401(k).
- PROFIT SHARING - Miron makes profit sharing contributions annually to qualified participants. The non-elective contribution is 2.5% of your earnings, and there is an additional annual employer contribution based on company profits.
- FINANCIAL LITERACY - Navigating money decisions can be challenging. We bring in the experts to teach and provide tools to understand and effectively use various financial skills, including personal finance management, budgeting, and investing.

COMMUNITY
The Miron Volunteer Program (MVP) offers employees the opportunity to engage in our communities beyond Miron’s corporate sponsorships and annual giving campaigns. Through the program, full-time team members have the option to take eight volunteer hours (called MVP hours) per calendar year as paid time off to volunteer during normal work hours. The company, along with our employee networks, offer a variety of volunteer opportunities each year, however MVP hours can be used to volunteer with any 501(c)(3) organization, including local schools.
