Project Overview

This project involved the demolition of existing capital assets and installation of multiple, identical converting assets within fully operational plants. The overall goal for the project was to improve the overall converting processes in each plant. Miron and the project team created a seamless and consistent asset installation process using virtual process integration that minimized the schedule, created a more efficient installation sequence, shortened start-up time, and maximized the client’s overall design and construction investment.
