Project Overview

This project included the construction of a 60,000 square-foot precast addition to Agropur’s existing facility in Weyauwega, Wisconsin, to house their new feta process. The facility boasts approximately 39,000 square feet of new feta production space, four new loading docks, dry storage (with the potential of converting to a future cooler), equipment rooms, locker rooms, break room, and a new maintenance area. Sitework consisted of clearing approximately 3.5 acres of land to accommodate the new building, site utilities to support the new feta process as well as future expansion, a retention pond to handle new storm runoff, and electrical infrastructure to support the new process and future expansion.
