In 1984, Wisconsin Spice became the first manufacturer to move to Berlin’s newest industrial park, occupying its current address at 478 S. Industrial Park Road. Since then, the company has put on nine additions to keep up with growing customer and market needs, increasing the existing facility to 130,000 square feet.
Miron has assisted with many of these larger facility expansions, including an office addition in 2009 and warehouse additions in 2011, 2013, and 2014. In addition, Miron has performed numerous smaller projects throughout 2015 to 2017, such as an office/front entry renovation, conference/breakroom upgrades, locker/maintenance room expansion, and sanitation room, as well as HVAC upgrades. Additional projects include site improvements, dust collection upgrades, a blender room expansion, pulling/wet mill room renovations, and the New Philip J. Sass Training Center.
Such expansion has enabled Wisconsin Spice to establish itself as a worldwide leader in the manufacture of dry-milled and prepared mustards, since the company entered the global marketplace in the mid-1990s.
