Project Overview

The design-build team of Miron and Performa was selected to design and construct this new 164,000-square-foot indoor sports facility in Grand Chute. The tournament-focused facility features both permanent and convertible ice rinks and hardwood courts for basketball and volleyball, bleacher seating, locker rooms, concessions areas, a lobby, gathering spaces, and office/storage areas. Exterior work encompassed the development of site utilities, access road and parking, storm management ponds, and landscaping.
